CBT Infrastructure Advisory (CBTIA) helps asset owners develop, procure, implement and realise business benefits from the delivery of major projects or programs of work, in the water and waste sectors.
Our focus area is client-side transaction management and commercial support.

We have over 30 years of experience in the development of procurement strategies and delivery of infrastructure in the water and waste sectors. Our experience spans across all commercial models from simple cost reimbursable arrangements through all common forms of contract to large bespoke collaborative partnerships.
Our Services
We are able to offer a range of services across the project lifecycle from strategic procurement and contract model selection to transaction management (from initial market engagement to contract award).
Services can also be provided as projects move into delivery to ensure they are being delivered efficiently and that their benefits are being realised.
